Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Items are sent via Australia Post, and you can expect them to arrive within 7 business days.

Flat rate shipping is $15 for all orders under $99.99.

Shipping is free for all orders over $100.00.

We currently only ship within Australia. Please reach out if you would like to order internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

Hemp Sheet Studios offers returns or exchanges for full priced items within 14 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached (including the hemp bag it was delivered in). Product must not have been washed, marked or scented. To initiate a return, please email the team at admin@hempsheetstudios.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is processed, you can either exchange the product for another or we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. 

If your product has arrived faulty or damaged in any way, we will happily send you a replacement or refund the full amount. To report a faulty item please email the team. 

Please note that products worn or damaged due to incorrect product care will not be considered faulty and will therefore not be eligible for return or refund. 

When returning a "change of mind" item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we will not be liable for lost packages.
